07/11: 134 ---- I think my body hates Monday...I had a pretty good weekend and didn't over do it at all. I was in the 133 range all week with even being down in the 132 range for 2 days. Then this morning comes around and I see this. UGH! I have worked harder this week and had a weekly burn of 4602 but still see this:explode: Ok OK deep breath next week right :grumble:

07/11: 133.0lbs glad I'm going the correct way. I didn't get to fitness center at all last week and it was so hot over the weekend didn't get alot of exercise then either. This week I will do better so hopefully I can continue to see a downward trend and make my goal this month.
07/18: 134.4 not good today but I know it is water gain went over on sodium yesterday and wasn't good about getting all my water in. Hopefully tomorrow when I weigh in it will be all gone and I will be back on track.

So on Mondays my weight is higher than it is on Friday! I am not happy about this weight because its not near my goal at all, but a loss is a loss. On Friday I was down to 167. I definitely think between laying in the sun and eating out a few meals I am always highest on Monday!
That being said, I am really happy with last week. I had 5 days of perfect eating. I logged in everyday last week. And I did 6 days of Insanity!! Congrats on so many losses already!0 -

I have to admit, I get frustrated every time I check in. Otherwise, I feel great about what I'm doing and where I'm going. Maybe a challenge like this isn't what I need? Maybe I need to get a body fat scale and do a body fat loss challenge??? Since we've started this month I've lost less than 2 pounds TOTAL, but took an inch and a half off my hips, an inch off my bust, an inch off my thighs, and half an inch off my waist. My arms are bigger because I can actually SEE a little bulging muscle now! Yeah, the scales aren't reflecting my results, but scales aren't everything. So.... to all of you who are fairly close to your goal weight, don't get discouraged if you don't see results on the scales. Be sure to measure and keep track of that too! You may be making gains in other measurable areas! I don't think I'll be losing 5 in July, but I'm NOT going to let it get me down!
Keep up the great work everyone!
BTW- I am pretty sure I got all my crunches in this week, but I lost count! :-) Thanks for the challenge! Looking forward to this week's challenge.0 -
