Getting into the 160s and STAYING. Haha. I've been maintaining for a while, up and down in the high 160s and low 170s, and I'm finally ready (I think) to lose the rest of my weight. 150 was my goal weight from the beginning, I'm kind of curious to see where I'll be when I lose the rest of my tummy fat.
Also, flexibility gains. It'll be easier with less tummy, so that's motivating.7 -
My mini goal is to go a whole month before I weigh myself again. I don't want to get too fixated on the number.13

Just lose a couple more lbs. (4 or 5) so I'm at the same weight I was prior to having kids. I know it's vain & shallow, but I always try to imagine how I would feel bumping into people in public from high school/college...I want to look my best and not slip into a noticeable but very gradual weight gain pattern.6

my mini goal was getting out of the 230's and yay 229.6!!

My mini goal is to keep losing weight ten pounds at a time, but I have a wedding coming up soon, so I am really hoping to feel good in my outfit that night. My journey although tough at times has been really good so far. I am down 40 of the anticipated 110, in 6 months. The first two were not clean eating, now I am on a roll! I know slow and steady wins the race, and that is why I am just taking it... one small goal at a time. Good luck to you all! Hope everyone achieves what they hope to!11

My first mini "goat" is to lose 10% of my bodyweight & get back out on the ocean on my paddle board.9

I want get better on my chest press. Right now I'm using 45's. I'd like to move up to 50's but my shoulders and some of the accessory muscle feel a little week.
And eventually I want to get the guts to try and do legit bench press. Still kind of afraid to do it while everyone is watching at the gym. I'm afraid I'll drop the weight on myself. And there are dudes at my gym that bench three plates!
Everyone's gotta start somewhere right?

You got this! I'm guessing you're moving from the assisted press, to just the bar. I would say start with 40's, just to have the motion under control. It is quite a different feeling, not having the assist there.
I personally don't use it, but I'm only at 60 pounds total lol0
