    Hi all. There u r! @MiamiSeoul Was thinking about you. Wondering how u were getting on. Welcome back. :).

    Cat hair.... It's why by bestie won't let me get a kitty. :(

    Day 19 thighs and arms complete and yes still behind on cleaning challenge - you'd think I'd give up on it, but I am still hopeful I can catch up before the end of the month.

    Good morning. Nice to be thought of! Litany tonight & funeral tomorrow . . . :/ I will, however, workout both days. It's amazing how much better you feel with a little exercise! It's also amazing how quickly the muscles snap back. I had fallen in love with the definition I was beginning to develop in my arms. Then, I got lazy/sad/dark & didn't workout; my arms felt like jelly. A few days back in & my arms feel like steel (not really, but in my mind I'm quite buff!)

    That's the mindset! Any progress is progress. And since we are human perfection is a bit out of all our collective reach. Not to mention, perfection is no fun. :wink:

    And speaking of change... at least your attempt to change your mojo doesn't include quitting your well paid job to go back to college for 4 years and get a second diploma in a field that, while rewarding, probably won't pay nearly as well. :tongue:

    Still don't know how I'm going to finance it all, student loans aren't a thing around these parts.

    Day 20 and 21 arms and legs ✔️

    I have an awful habit of rewarding myself with food. If I have a great week of eating and work outs then I feel I deserve a 'treat'. This is often wine or a mass amount of food. The following day it feels far from a 'treat' :-( need to break this bad cycle and detrimental habit

    Did a lot of cleaning and reorganizing tonight. Not sure it's really caught up yet tho.

    But the cuteness is real!!!! Honestly!!!

    Taking a rest day today. Pushed myself pretty hard at the gym on Thrusday and I'm seriously feeling it today. Wasn't aware that there's sooooo many muscles that can be sore at the same time.

    I'll see if I can catch up with 22 and 23 today, but I think rather not. I have physiotherapy tonight and usually come out feeling worse than going in :flushed: He's a bit sadistic but great. I usually feel so much better the next day. It's as if I'm floating on air. I'll gladly take an hour of discomfort for that feeling :smiley:
