Feeling great! only half the weight lost this week but the first week I know was water weight. I have noticed a positive change in my body, inches are lost and my clothes are feeling loose. I took a progress picture yesterday and can def tell the difference! My goal is so close I can taste it!

Definitely want 20 lbs off by summer!! Been really getting my workouts on and trying to make healthy food choices.

No change from last week but feeling energised and active. I've stuck to my goals and exercise well so I'm not disheartened by a none mover on the scale this week as I know if I stick at it then I can see a loss next week
Think this is the most positive and determined I've ever felt when trying to lose weight. I have graduation this summer, those pictures are going to be on my parents wall for the rest of my life so I have to look amazing or I'll have to look at my own failure every time I visit them forever more!6 -

Feeling great! At the beginning I thought it's not possible to lose 1.5 lb per week, but with the right mind set and motivation from friends like you, my average weight loss per week is 1.6 lbs! Thank you, friends!

I am late to this party, but I really need a short term challenge. I just started MFP this week and I LOVE it. I have tried others and theirs sites were too complicated. Since I am joining you guys a bit later, I am hoping we are talking about the END of March 2017 LOL. Like Frankenchops above, I too was sick for 2-1/2 yrs and could hardly get to work and back (gaining 30 lbs over the course of that) and am so not OK with this weight. Good luck everyone!3 -

Amazing what being home and having a routine can do for me! Back up in the air on Friday, but's a short trip. I expect some of the water to come back, but I'm bringing breakfast and my own snacks to try to curb some of the bad, convenient choices I usually make at events.
