This was a tough week, mentally. I did a great job with exercise and diet (aside from last night's high-sodium Mexican dinner), but my weight spiked early in the week and seemed like it took forever to settle back down. It wasn't until yesterday that I thought I had a shot at breaking even for the week. Water retention, I guess? At any rate, I'm proud of this week's little loss: it took more determination than usual to beat back my inner naysayer, but I did it!

Pretty sure this is all water weight. Finally got back to my normal work out schedule, had a ton of sodium all week and yesterday, and haven't been drinking enough water. My weight has been all over the place this week (up two pounds one day from the day before, down a pound and a half the next day, but up two pounds again the next day) so I'm not surprised that I "gained" from last week.
Hoping to lose this water weight and a bit more weight next week to get down to 185.6 but we'll see what happens.
