Over the next few months I'm going to seem like a robot. We will focus on those problem areas: abs, thighs & arms. It's all about, PROJECT SUMMER - LET'S GET NAKED! Okay, maybe not naked, but we want to show skin this summer - lots & lots & lots of firm, tight, sexy skin!!! Please join me for our February 2017 challenges.
Everyone is welcome. We are judgement-free. Do one or all; tailor the challenges to suit your needs. Keep in mind, it's time to crank it up - summer bodies are made in the winter! There is no formal group to "join". Simply touch/highlight the little star at the top right of the page. Come back & check-in daily. Share your struggles & successes. Don't forget to weigh, measure & take lots of "before" pictures to help you track your progress. IT'S ABOUT PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION!

Okay. Had time to go over the exercises.
I'm in for the ab challenge (the second one posted it is), but I'll need to replace the regular crunches (not good for my back). I need to keep my midsection static (no crunch/no extension movements). Anyone have any good ideas?
Or I might just add those jumping jacks from the one before that.
I'll try to do the 'love yourself' one as well, but no guarantee... Might be easier than the cleaning on though2 -

I actually hate jumping jacks. Sadly I'm rather well endowed and no matter the sports bra (or the amount of sports bras ), the girls just jump around too much for my tastes. I should probably have specified that.
But I'll have a look through the variations you posted. Some are definitely out, just looking at them my back hurts. But there's one or two I'll have to print and pin to the closet! Especially the planks... I actually like planks.2 -
first attempt at a challenge when others know im doing it. When i do them and im not accountable i usuallly get bored by day 5/6 lets hope i stick to these2

We must be heart sisters. As part of my Christmas gifts, hubby bought sports bras! I'm really loving my Wacoal, Berlin & Moving Comfort bras! A few years ago, I found a zip front, racer back Champion super reasonably priced! I wish I would have bought them all! For regular, daily wear, I usually wear Wacoal & am so happy they make a sports line.

I'm in for this one, looks great! I am going to incorporate the Abs challenge with the lose your love handles into my regular workout routine. Already can't wait to see the results.2

I am in for the abs. I do planks with my personal trainer, but we haven't gone past 30 seconds. I'm a bit skeptical about getting to 2 minutes in 4 weeks, but it will be interesting to try. Whatever happens I will have a stronger core.3

You'd be surprised what you can manage if you try. Worst case, you break it up into sets.
When I started planking, I thought more than 15 seconds was out of my reach. I started setting myself a timer with 5 seconds more than my personal best. I kept on trying till I could hold that. Then I set 5 seconds more. Knowing that there's a timer with a little music on the end and it's probably going to go off in just another second, helped me suck it up and keep on pushing myself. Some days I failed and face planted before the timer, others I managed to hold out just a few breaths longer.
My current personal best is at around 2 minutes now using more dynamic planks.3 -

I'd like to join! I like the love handles challenge, so will go for that one in addition to my regular work outs. This is my first challenge, so we'll see how it goes! Thanks for the motivation.2

I'm in for the cleaning challenge, and I might try to take the Fabulous February DailyHiit.com workout and modify it to be a M-F challenge. (I really dislike structured workouts on the weekend for some reason).1 -
