I went to print out the Fabulous February challenge and noticed that the days of the week didn't line up (it's probably a 2015 or 2016 calendar), so I made a new one to print out for myself and thought I would share in case anyone else wanted a copy. Feel free to ignore the "Dance Practice" on Saturday--it was originally designated as a rest day, but I just wrote that down to remind myself to practice.

Now that's some awesome dedication!
I'm getting over spending nearly a week in bed with the flu. I'm doing one rep at a time. I figure at this rate I'll have today's challenge done by the end of the day and hopefully I'll feel a bit more human too.

My work mate loaded my bag in the car yesterday and was 'Jeez what you got in there' and I was like, "a dumbbell". I get the impression he thought I was joking ;-)

It actually feels good to be moving around a bit again. I always make sure not to push myself too much. I have a pretty important exam to take on Friday and don't want to risk being out because of a silly flu

@MiamiSeoul I'm living on rice, apple sauce and hot chocolate. It's what my stomach decided it would accept and the macros are actually not all bad on that.2 -

I got on this page yesterday and joined the challenge. I need to come back to this sight everyday to see the daily challenge, but I can't see the calender of challenges anymore, just the comments. Is the calender not going to be on here anymore? Also I noticed some exercises I didn't know, like the mountain climers.
I can't make copy of the calender, I get on here with my phone.0 -

Hey there, if you look at the bottom of the comments, there's numbers and arrows. Just click on "1" and it should take you back to the first post and the calendars.
How to copy... now that's something I still need to figure out on my phone2 -
