I highly doubt I am going to meet my goal since I can' t loose anything. I have been working out a lot. I really haven't been eating too healthy this month but I have been trying to stay within my calories. My birthday is this week so doubt I'll be loosing anything.

Maybe you don't need to lose any more? 125 pounds is a pretty low weight.

Weight to height makes a major difference also.

Diane--- everyone hits plateaus. It is hard but work through it. Maybe you need to change something up in your typical routine. Try a different work out plan. Happy birthday by the way!

I'm 5'4. I admit 125 is a decent weight. I feel better at the low 120's. It is very hard for me to achieve. I was 122 last summer but after the holidays crept back up to the 130's. As far as working out I do: C25K Running (I'm on week 7), gym classes that have cardio and strength training, walk my dog everyday, I also do my own weight and ab routine about 3 days a week. I have always worked out at least 5 days a week. Its really just my eating. I stay within my calories but sometimes eat too many carbs. Carbs are my downfall. I am not too big into eating meat. I love carbs. I'm going to try to cut some out next week. I have been eating well these last 2 days. Thanks for asking.

Goal weight on July 31st: 129 I don't know if I will make it I only have my stuff set at 1/2 pound per week because I am very close to my goal we will see how it goes last month was good May wasn't as good so we will see what July brings.

    07/01: 133.6lbs
    07/04: 134.8lbs
07/11: 133.0lbs glad I'm going the correct way. I didn't get to fitness center at all last week and it was so hot over the weekend didn't get alot of exercise then either. This week I will do better so hopefully I can continue to see a downward trend and make my goal this month.
07/18: 134.4 not good today but I know it is water gain went over on sodium yesterday and wasn't good about getting all my water in. Hopefully tomorrow when I weigh in it will be all gone and I will be back on track.

Just as I suspected today I am back down to 132.6:smile: It doesn't look like I will make my goal for this month again but at least I am still loosing although slowly.

Glad I lost some this week as I couldn't exercise as much as I wanted to.

I will be out of town over the weekend and back late Monday night. I will post first thing Tuesday morning unless the hotel has a scale in the gym. I am hoping for goodness this weekend due to lots of walking around Atlanta, GA.

Thanks again for compiling all the results each week. I may not be a champ, but I am losing with the help of MFP.

Congrats everyone for sticking with it and following through with your goals.

The top loser for this week is ckarlovec with a drop of 3.8 pounds in one week! Her optional challenge to you this week is to break out your pedometer and manage to get in 10,000 steps a day. That should be around 5 miles a day. Remember that this is over the span of the day and doesn't require you to go for a 5 mile walk.

    2nd is pmorgan813 with a 3.6 drop!
3rd place is bubblesburst80 with 3.5 pounds GONE!

Congrats also to the 3 people that met their monthly goal this week!

    ----Still Missing 16 other people.

Its great to see us all working together to hit our goals. I know I am more motivated when I have other people I can count on struggling with the same things I am!

Does anyone else not have a pedometer or is it just me? I'll do the sit-ups this week as didn't do them last week!

Just checking back in on this thread today, wow, really? I never expected to be in the top 3. Congrats to everyone who tried their hardest, because that's what's really important!

And thank you ckarlovec for making this week's challenge an "easy" one :smooched:
