finding that the "height-adjustable" chair no longer sinks beneath you at random times.
Lmao..I thought there was something wrong with my chair! Too funny6 -
I flew and got to tighten the belt instead of sucking in and praying it did up27

I'm so sorry, but this made me giggle . . . but only because I remember doing this as well!19 -
How wearing a pencil skirt turns men's heads now! One of my male co-workers comments: "Wow...you already have a man, what you trying to do woman!" Now that's one hell of a compliment!52

I attended a funeral service yesterday in church - Good grief those wooden benches now really really hurt after an hour and a half sitting through that classic long (and very cold) service. The things you do for relatives *sigh*15

Being able to cross your legs without helping yourself cross them.
Trying on shoes without getting out of breath. (which is what really got me to start my fitness/health goals)
Stomach finally does not jut out further than your boobs.
No longer having a neck roll that you didnt even realize you had until you saw a picture from your heaviest time.29 -
Shopping for Large clothes and throwing away all your XL, and XXL clothes. Or seeing a 34 Jean fit loosely after your last pair was a 42.23

That at goal weight I'd suddenly find myself reaching for dramatically loose clothing -- not baggy clothes, but intentionally flowing, like super-wide leg pants. They physically feel good flowing around me, but when I see a picture of myself in them I look like I've been buried in fabric (I'm short; they probably look beautiful on a tall person). I look like a wandering pile of laundry. Today I'm wearing billowing harem pants that scare the cat when I walk through the house. The clothes aren't flattering, but they make me feel willowy, which is why l suppose I gravitate toward them. I never reached for this type of clothing before goal weight.41

Yep, same here. I had to move my seat forward once I'd lost a fair bit of my huge butt9 -

Me too. Only I didn't understand why until I read this thread. I had thought that my husband must be moving the seat further back when he drives now, even though we used to set it exactly the same distance. I just asked him, and he says he hasn't changed his setting. And that, these days, he can't even get his legs in if I've been driving.11 -

Perhaps a little bit of both? Either way, the position of the seat seems different now.3 -

This is hilarious to me. My OH is tall and I'm a shortie. I've learnt to put the seat right back when I get out of the driver's seat after seeing him hit his knee a few too many times (the look he gave me the first few times when I giggled at the sight wasn't so funny though!) Everyone laughs at me the first time they see me do it. I'm just like "Meh, Justin has me trained now!"7
