Not sure what these numbers mean?

The number is an overall % for ranking that takes into account weight loss, measurement loss, BMI reduction, body fat % reduction and exercise/workout minutes. I'll try to list BMI & Body Fat % each week if the info. comes-in in a timely manner. Good luck everyone & make healthly choices.

Remember the BLC is becoming healthly. That is why we are documenting our measurements, weight & exercises. Exercising is just as important as watching what we eat to our healthly living. I'm planning on posting the BMI's & body fat % this upcoming checkin.

I was just being comical..:) Yes, it took me years of yo-yoing to finally get through this stubborn head that it is a lifestyle change. I'm hoping that I have finally gotten it..:) MFP has really helped me to keep that focus so far.. Thanks again for doing this. I am highly motivated by this type of challenge... :)
