I am always looking for more ideas other than the usual cereal so I thought I would start this thread and see what everyone else is eating...

I had one cup of local strawberries (the best), 1/4 cup of fat free vanilla yogourt, 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese and 1/3 cup of bran buds. Yummy!0

I make a protein shake, with smart balance fat free milk, and frozen fruit. I work out at 5:45 am 5 days a week and this is a quick, easy and tasty breakfast.0

I had porridge for breakfast, it is my favourite. Yesterday however i tried something new and it was yummy!
1 english muffin, split and toasted on the inside
slice of edam cheese, melted on one half of the muffin
2 rashers veggie bacon, dry fried and placed on the melted cheese
1 whole egg made into a tiny omlette, put the muffin together and devour
Delicious! And kept me going for ages0 -
I usually have one of the following:
A chobani yogurt
A luna bar
Three eggs (with two yolks removed) scrambled with fresh salsa added
1/2 cup of oatmeal0 -
An omelet made with 2 organic eggs, fresh ground pepper, and half of a fresh crimini mushroom with a slice of wheat toast with a thin layer of grape jam. 230 calories and totally delicious.0

About to go make an omelette packed with veggies (mushrooms,onion,tomato,spinach,green pepper)and a neccarine and some greek yogurt on the side with a cup of green tea.0

I had 4 slices of ham, one half of a grapefruit and a pink apple :-)0
