It can take awhile to adjust. Logically, I know I'm thinner, but I still see the old me in the mirror.

I don't see it either, but if I look at old pictures I can't see anything else. It's bizarre.

I've only lost 13 out of 40 lbs, but I was shocked this morning when (after realizing I'd gained a pound), I looked in the mirror and the image I saw made me feel like I had gained 10. Thankfully it motivated me to drink a lot of tea and water, so I can now see me in the mirror at my current weight and see the changes, but I couldn't believe how much my mind tricked me this morning.

How much your mind will continue to trick you through the process!
