Starting way late in the game! I'll aim for 20 minutes in 12 days. Any more will just be proof of major progress lost over 20 lbs so far but need some more inspiration and challenges to keep me going. half way to my goal weight!

Today was awesome! I managed to do a straight arm plank for 2:03. This is a full 30 seconds better than the best time I had yesterday. * It was a personal goal to hold a plank for 2 minutes and I did it.
