This is the plank routine I do each morning, I add extra 30 sec side planks to stretch it to 8 minutes (well 4 right now at a time because of my arm/neck issue). So I do 2 x 4 minute planks this way and then the last plank is 2 minutes which is 30 sec forearm, 30 sec each side, and one final 30 sec forearm. Wears me out!3 -

Yea I have not done those lately, my arm/neck is screaming by that point the last week or so, so I just do a standard forearm for the last part. I was getting good at them though. When it heals I'll have to work my way back up to it.2 -
