    You better get motivated FBT!! I'm on your heels and I am super competitive...LOL!! Seriously, I wasn't looking for my name anywhere near the top of the list.. In fact, I thought she left me off all together until I looked again..

    This is a great motivator.. Thank you so much for starting this challenge..

    Remember the BLC is becoming healthly. That is why we are documenting our measurements, weight & exercises. Exercising is just as important as watching what we eat to our healthly living. I'm planning on posting the BMI's & body fat % this upcoming checkin.

    I was just being comical..:) Yes, it took me years of yo-yoing to finally get through this stubborn head that it is a lifestyle change. I'm hoping that I have finally gotten it..:) MFP has really helped me to keep that focus so far.. Thanks again for doing this. I am highly motivated by this type of challenge... :)

    I have had the week from hell so not very impressed with my results. Today is a fresh start for me. Heading out for a 10k run and doing day 10 level 1 of 30DS

    Exercise 117 minutes, goal of 225---just not good enough! Hold me to it this week guys!

    Mind you Tom came to visit just yesterday, hoping the is why im up. No excuses tho!

    Really disappointed in the results this week. I have been hovering between 177 and 175 for the last two weeks. Really want to be at 174 so that I feel the 160's in view.....

    Okay, here are my stats for this week (although some measurements just don't make sense where they went up...but I digress...)

    Weight: 195 (I was super excited yesterday when I weighed and it was 193.4-a first and then I make some not good dinner decisions last night getting me back to 195 for this mornings weight in :frown: )
    Bust: 34"
    Waist: 36.5"
    Hips: 42"
    Thigh: 27.5"
    Arm: 10.5"
    Wrist: 6.5"

    Exercise Minutes: 189. Again, I"m going to try increasing this each week. I was happy that I added on to what I did last week.
