I'm taking lemon blueberry cream cheese coffee cake, though, and I can't wait to have a big ol' piece of it. I will log the best I can, but zero care is going to be taken to stay within calories/macros.
Lemon blueberry cream cheese coffee cake
This turned out amazing! I had three pieces. Plus a piece of my mom's coconut cake, and a chocolate peanut butter ball, ice cream, a couple glasses of wine, and Cadbury mini-eggs. Not one thing got logged yesterday.
Back to the plan today. Hope everyone had a great Easter.5 -

So far this morning I've seen 2 articles linked by my friends on social media about the evils of sugar and how it's to blame for the 'obesity epidemic.' All this really does is remind me 'hey, I have leftover brownies in the kitchen!' (I won't, btw, but only because I'm holding out for the pancakes and bacon I was promised for breakfast. With real maple syrup.)8

Finals weeks *le sigh* Not as much walking so I'm trying (note I said TRYING) to eat lower average net calories than usual or at least to stick to the plan. lol. I had a cupcake but it was gross o_o having a tamale with tortilla chips black bean dip and a pepper jack cheese wedge for a late lunch and then a vegetarian "turkey" sandwich with spicy nacho doritos for dinner. And a diet Dr Pepper. Keeping it simple. I'm too busy to think. lol.2

As much as I'd like to, I can't fit pretty much anything there into my calories. I used to have a Peanut Buster Parfait 2-3 times a month. But at over 700 calories, I just can't seem to make one fit anymore.2 -

Yep, makes me too. I have to have had some serious activity that day or basically not eat much else in order to fit it in. Although... I guess it's more like, fit in what I'd like. I can do a dipped cone pretty easily, but a blizzard is much more difficult.1 -

I feel that way about Snickers Blasts from Sonic I've had one in the past 3 months, but at 540 calories for the smallest size it's more of a stretch than even I'm willing to make except maybe very, very rarely.2 -

I still do, but just stretch this out over 2-3 sittings.
...and beer. Always budget ahead for beer.2 -

I never find it is as good after sitting in the freezer.
Beer is a different story. But I like Guinness which is surprisingly low calorie. One 440ml can is 155 calories. Surprised the crap outta me. So about 4 1/2 big cans of beer to one Peanut Buster Parfait.3 -
i'm excited for my post workout dinner tonight. trader joe's fish korma, pinot grigio and some halo top for dessert. it's oh so lazy, but i'm going to NYC this weekend and don't want to bother shopping for 3 days when my freezer is pretty much stuffed to the gills.
btw NYC will be logged sloppily and no *kitten* will be given. i would like to have some idea what my CICO is over the long weekend but i figure i'll be heavier when i get back regardless. if i have to walk a mile between pizza places so i can compare whether Roberta's is actually better than Luigi's i feel like it will pretty much even out. lol3 -
