On my way to mother in laws to help her out but wanted to report the two hour test went well. No problems were detected.
Still waiting on results of a test I took on Monday.

My goals for tomorrow: Survive a 5 hour trip with a bus load of eighth grade band students.

Fell off the wagon somewhat, hence not being on here for a few days.... didn't want to admit to my bad behaviour!

Not sure why it happened except that my morale is quite low at the moment for various reasons and I think that lowered my willpower.

Picking myself up and starting again - just for today! (It probably is JFT as well as I'm going to France for a long weekend and I refuse to miss the opportunity to eat delicious French food. But I'll be back next week - i can't do much damage in 3 days right?!)

    Today's commitments -
    - Log everything I eat
    - No snacks outside meals except Ryvita
    - G&T only at pub
    - Alternate alcoholic drinks and soft drinks
    - Get out for walk at lunch

    - Stay positive
    - Be productive - no procrastinating!
    - Start write listing things that ARE good about work

    Happy Friday everyone!

So I've logged in every day but not logged all my food or posted goals!
Having a pretty €rappy time tbh!

OH didn't get paid properly so we were left skint! No money for food!
We had some food in but would not last between 4 of us for another whole week!
So I was skipping breakfast and skipping lunch, surviving on tea and ryvitas and a bit of Easter chocolate.
I've lost 4lb, which I'm happy about but not happy about how it was achieved.
But I was gonna make sure my kids and OH ate before me!
Fortunately the money came in last night so I went out and got pizza and dough balls for me and OH! Yum!

Wow! That really stinks! Glad the money finally came through. I agree that it is really hard to lose the weight that way! Hope your spirits are also improved!

    JFT Wednesday

    - in bed at 8:30 with screens out - closer to 9:00 but didn't fall asleep until 11:00ish. I'm stressed out!

That's it. It's all I can handle, today.

Hope the stress is getting better! Have you ever tried yoga? It is really good at helping you relax!

Glad to hear that your one test came back good. Been thinking of you.

You are very brave to chaperone the 8th grade band! Good luck with that one!

    Thursday:

    1. Track all food :)
    2. under 75G carbs
    3. work on garden planning :(
    4. weight workout at gym
    5. figure out exercise for the rest of week/pretrack
    6. 10+ cups water

Did tons of food prep yesterday, so I should be set for a while! I was able to fix my broken julienne slicer, which makes me extraordinarily happy. Matchstick veggies for all!

I am working on starting a new hobby (doing DJing for Latin dance) and it is sucking up WAY to much of my time and focus. It is also pretty sedentary. It has kind of been throwing me off track, but I think that I have it under control at this point.

    Friday:

    1. Track all food
    2. under 75G carbs
    3. 8+ freggies
    4. work on garden planning
    5. swim a mile
    6. 10+ cups water

    Recap R 4/20
    1) Log everything, including 3 a.m. eating...need to focus on CICO and meal-planning again = yes, and I was especially conscious of everything I ate b/c of the candy. Have to say, I ate healthier all day, and total calories were about same as prior two days! But sugar was 2X what it should be. :|
    2) Pack up all Easter candy and mixed nuts...if it's out of sight, I do so much better = yes
    3) Floss = yes Day 3
    4) I'm sure my long weekend off / late nights has something to do with my sleep being off now that I'm back to work, so bedtime by 10:15 no TV = 10:14 feel so much better the next morning!

    JFT F 4/21
    1) Be in the green (within 100 anyway) for calories and limit sugar
    2) Participate in lunchtime plant identification hike at work
    3) Walk dog after work
    4) Floss

Hang in there, everyone, it's Friday!

Went to physical therapy yesterday and it was amazing! My back was feeling so much better. Still not sleeping so well, but will keep working on my stretching. Made progress on my baby blanket and it is looking good. Definitely need to spend more time on it!

    Have a wonderful day!

God you got some relieve from PT!
Definitely keep working on your stretches!

I'd love to see this baby blanket when it's finished!
How are you making it? Knitting, crochet, quilting? Or another way lol
    I love making things

Well, the not logging and being accountable is not going well. So here I am. I haven't completely lost my mind :p Exhausted and overwhelmed. House barely looks like I've made a dent. People just coming and going whether there is someone here or not. Feel so invaded. This too shall pass, and I know I will feel and be better for it. Somebody give me a match :o Dryer is out. Holy smokes the laundry!!! Gonna keep it simple.

    Just for today: Sunday

    Log
Can I do six glasses of water?
    COUNT MY NUMEROUS BLESSINGS!!

Hope you all have been happy and healthy <3

Hi everyone! Been MIA for a few days. Hope everyone is doing well!

    Just for Sunday:
    1. Make healthy choices
    2. Stay in green
    3. Hydrate - my fingers are like puffy sausages and my rings won't fit!!!
    4. Do at least one thing that I enjoy today
    5. Hit my step goal
    6. Go to Stein's and get some flowers bulbs and plant a new patch of Daffodils and Hyacinths in the front yard (this actually could fall under #4. Two birds with one stone?)
    7. Mark at least 3 things off my to-do list: bills, laundry and veggie prep for the week
    8. Read, journal and unplug one hour before bed!! THIS IS A MUST! I've been really bad about this.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone! I hope you are all having beautiful weather and a nice day.

I'll admit that I'm off the wagon. I moved a lot this weekend. We built our garden at our new home, so lots of carrying, walking, raking, and digging. But, I also ate my way through the weekend and didn't log. This week I leave for a work trip tomorrow morning and won't get home until Saturday, where my MIL will be visiting until Monday. I'll try to keep posting, though!

    JFT - Monday
    - get house ready for MIL visit
    - do something nice for DH for bday that I'll miss while gone this week
    - cook dinner
    - bedtime at 9:00

I realize there's nothing food-related here, but this all seems overwhelming enough!

Going on a work trip is stressful and so is having company! In my world, anything stressful is "food related" because I tend to eat my feelings. :) Good luck with everything and have a safe trip!
