    Wtf is D&D?

i'm kidding, but seriously expand on the concept.

It's a game where people who never go outside sit around a table inside and pretend that they're outside

by outside do you mean in a dungeon?

is there like one overarching game that all D&D folk play or is it a concept with many different versions.

So there's an overarching rule set/guidelines/game mechanic/character creation stuff and there are prewritten adventures you can use, but it's also entirely common to create your own custom adventure also.

Also, any D&D players up in here??

I don't currently have a group. Are you suggesting we start a MFP group for D&D.

Also, have you heard of HarmonQuest? It's the guy who makes Rick and Morty but playing D&D with his friends and a special guest every episode.

Harmonquest is grand. Have you listened to The Adventure Zone before? It's this awesome D&D podcast.

And I would be totally down for an MFP D&D group

I haven't had an RPG group since my Serenity group fell apart a few years ago. And I always wanted to get back to D&D. But I have rules to learn. And want a double bladed kitchen knife. +2 against poultry.

One guess who the DM is.

#1: Can he seriously look more like the sterotypical DM?
    #2: This show is awesome
#3: Why can't this be my job? Seriously, life is unfair. :(
