    Day 1: 55g net carbs
    Day 2: I really don't want to put my net carbs. I completely blew it today. Did a lot of exercise but also emotionally eating.
    Guess I will fess up. 311g net carbs!!! However, I was under my calories due to lots of exercise. My body sure is letting me know it today! Feels like a stone sitting in my tummy and I am staying close to the potty.

    Good for you for "fessing up" ! LOL! We ALL mess up from time to time, so I appreciate your honesty :) Don't stress about it and just get back on the horse as they say! Cheers!

    My first bad day in 10 days.

    Don't think of it as a bad day. I woke up this morning and after 12 days on keto ( averaging about 1400 cals, 17g,C, 67g P, 99g F) I gained back one of the two I lost. WTF? 2 lbs in 12, and now one gained back. I burst into tears I was so frustrated. I was so upset I ruined the rest of my family's mornings. LOL/UGH. I'm trying to not think of it as "good or bad" but just trying to press on. Don't get discouraged littlecrunchy1 !

    count me in i actually started last Wednesday 5-3-2017 but got series since Thursday 5-10-2017 till now

    i been averaging about 50carbs net carbs about 30

    just started intermediate fasting so 1st time i eat is at 2pm so between 2pm and 10pm are my times to eat

    1500 is not a bad day... especially with your carbs that low.

    I'm in a bit late.

    I'm 28 years old 175lbs. I've done Keto before High Fat, Low Carb moderate protein.

    I'm doing;
    Carb 5%
    Protein 20%
    Fat 75%

    Calories aren't being counted. Just staying on the macros.

    Going to be doing a lot of walking this weekend. And now I need to kick my *kitten* because I don't fit in my bridesmaid dress.

    Awesome welcome! So to join just make your Diary is public and POST DAILY on this forum your total intake of carbohydrates. Should be less than 50g daily.

    Hello everyone I would like to join as well. I am still learning about how to use this forum, but I am interested in trying a challenge. I started my keto diet on may 1. I have lost 6 pounds this far. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by June 1.

    I had a minor surgery yesterday which put me under anesthesia, so I haven't been too hungry today but I'm forcing myself to eat enough and super clean:)

    Joining today - I've done a 6 month keto cut in the past (with cheat days) it was extremely effective
    Goal - 20 lbs in 30 days.... aim high
    Carb goal under 35
    With weight and cardio 5 days a week min

    I did my best estimation in my diary and I'm quite a bit over :neutral:

    Net: 70

    Ugh. My cals weren't too bad, only in the 1500-1600 range, so hopefully my scale doesn't hate me in the morning.

    Back on track!

    I'm in Texas, btw (but we move around a lot so I'll be on the west coast in a month or two).

    I intended to skip the tortillas but then I had a little too much tequila and figured a few tortillas wouldn't be too bad... I was wrong lol, not to mention the carbs in the margarita! Ugh.

    I did skip the rice and chips (only had 2) but big fail on the tortillas.

    I'm back on track now!

    I'll jump in on this challenge.
    I don't like to make specific goals because if I don't reach them I get disappointed, so I'll be really conservative and say 5 pounds.

    Go under "My Home" and Goals. You will have the ability to adjust your goals. Hopefully that answered your question.
