Totally fell off the wagon yesterday. I have no idea how many carbs I ate, but there were a lot of refined carbs and sugar. I am definitely paying the price today. Huge weight gain, and intestinal issues. UGGHH!0

I'm not sure how many carbs I ate today. The place I got it from isn't actually on this app. It's a family owned restaurant. I guess I'll just have to do a ketosis test in the morning and see where I'm at.0

FUNNY - So I have lost about 15 lbs in the last 24 days. I was shopping today and my undies and pants kept scootching down. Then somehow, my undies were below my butt. No way I was going to reach in and fix them..... so..... maybe I lost some inches on my hips or butt? Perhaps I can find some old pants that will fit again!0

I've never heard of very many people being able to reach ketosis eating over 20-30 grams of net carbs !! I've been doing it for two months.. Love it! I've been doing 27net carbs, but I'm going to lower it to 20.0
