Love this thread! Breakfast was an omelette with feta, grilled zucchini, peppers and onions with avocado.

Greek egg white omelette with healthy home fries and low cal toast.

Dinner tonight: grilled skewered lemony marinated chicken breast over lime coconut rice, with grilled peppers/onions and tomato-cuke salad. MFP tells me this plate is about 946cals, 96g protein, 14g fat, 76g carb, 14g fiber, 22g sugar and 378mg sodium.

Vegan Nutella cinnamon banana calzone with coffee + donuts ice cream. Banana macadamia nut cream pie. Matcha chocolate cheesecake, ginger lemon cream cheese cookie sandwich. Chocolate peanut butter cookie. Marshmallow vegan ice cream. Protein bars and chips.

This is a grilled burgundy-peppercorn and garlic marinated Tri-tip roast with grilled petite Maine lobster tail, and grilled clams oreganato. It's served with a Tequilla, Chambord, raspberry and caramelized shallot sauce with chocolate mint chiffonade, accompanied by grilled zucchini and yellow squash and asparagus. And fresh baked Italian bread.

I actually have an Instagram I made with some yummy recipes when I removed complex carbs from my diet. I haven't posted in a while since I started going back to school but there are some tasty recipes on there.

Tomato and basil from my garden in a caprese salad, oven roasted parmesan zucchini, and whole wheat pasta with garlic and mushrooms.

We went camping over the weekend and this is my chicken kabobs and stir-fry cooked over the fire.

My three meals:
Breakfast --> Egg Omelet, Mushsroom, Zucchini Vegetables, Strawberries and a portion of PB, Coffee with Milk
Lunch -->Chicken Breast, Steamed Broccoli and Saute Green Beans with Onion
Dinner --> Parsley and Garlic Crusted Tilapia, Steamed Broccoli and Saute Zucchini with Carrots.
Snacks --> Fruits and lots of water1 -

I've found that playing things nicely has really motivated me to eat healthy0 -
Mahi-mahi and Ahi Veracruz - the fish is blackened and topped with black beans, fresh salsa, cheddar, pico. Served on homemade tortilla chips with guacamole.
