Cajun Grilled Shrimp and Chicken pasta dish

I've been focusing on healthy foods that are delicious, not many calories. But love my food! So, here are some faves.
Smashed Avocado with garlic, a slice of salmon, feta cheese, mint and chili pepper slices, on multigrain, with a poached egg. Our favorite breakfast when we want to spoil ourselves. 420 calories...
A scrambled egg-and-a-half (3 for my wife and I) on multigrain, fluffy with no additives, and a strawberry. 380 calories...
My one-egg french omelette with feta, mushrooms, tomato and sprouts. 180 calories...
Our baked (not fried) falafel biscuits with fresh chick peas, herbs from our garden with a side of our own homemade garlic hummus. For a snack (shown at 200 calories) or a meal.
Garlic mussels steamed in wine with our own home made tomato-sausage sauce, fresh basil, reggiano cheese. Lots of Omega-3. A bit of a decadent treat at 600 calories.
Home-made ricotta (not potato) gnocchi served with our tomato Napoli sauce, shaved parmesan and herbs from our garden. 400 calories as shown...

Haha, yes, Canada Day was a good (eating) day. The smoked salmon cream cheese ice cream was great! Light, yet flavourful and the cream cheese was a nice touch. Not a fan of the crumb wafers holding it together, though.1 -
