I'm back for another round. It's so nice to come here and share success and frustration. I appreciate all of you and this journey we're on.

Finished round 9 on 7/11 at 145
Planning to lose another 2 these next 10 days.

7/11 ended round 9 at 145 am up to 146.6 on 7/12. Hope to lose the 1.6 + 2 so I'd like to finish at 143.
7/12 146.6 Big Sigh... Quite a bit of salt on beef yesterday. Then, the power went out so we went to see Spiderman and ate some candy. And Ice cream. Ate an orange=more carbs. No exercise. Back on track today.
7/13 147 Wrong way Corrigan here. 45 min on ellip but son cooked general tso's chick and I had some - but, hery, no rice! To gym today and ellip to burn some of this off. I was 145 for the last three days of round 9. Now to get back and below. To hit my goal for this round of 143 I need to drop 4 in the next 8 days. Some is probably water weight so doable.
7/14 146 gym yesterday ate wisely. drank some lemon water... ellip today.
7/15 145.2 75 min ellip yesterday and reasonable eating. LOL While family chowed down on spaghetti and sauce I had spiralized zucchini and sauce. Yum. Topped of by a 1/2 cup pasta and sauce. Feeling proud of me. Hopefully off to gym today.

1st Round (R7) Start Weight: 156.4 lbs. End Weight 159.6 lbs.
2nd Round (R8): Begin Weight: 160.2 2nd Round End Weight: 156.0
3rd Round (R9): Begin Weight: 157.8 3rd Round (End Weight: 157.2
4th Round (R10): Begin Weight: 156.8 Goal Weight: 155.8
Final Goal weight: maybe 98 lbs? -- not really sure (sm. boned & petite)

7/12 - 178.7 - Off to a good start, but I can already feel the cravings kicking in and it's 6:30 am.
7/13 - 178.7 - No change, but I stayed within my calorie goal so I am happy with that.
7/14 - 178.6 - Better than nothing. I stayed within my calorie goal again, but I have been lazier than usual the last couple of days. I did some strength training yesterday, but no cardio. It has been crazy humid( yeah, that's my excuse ). I'm going to try to run today.
7/15 - 178.8 - Not really sure how that happened. My apple watch says I walked a total of 16,384 steps yesterday, including a 3-mile run. I stayed in my calorie limit every day this week, eating mostly clean and healthy choices. It is a little discouraging because I'm working so hard not to cheat. 178 is my body's "happy weight" when I eat a kind of healthy, but still drink alcohol and eat some junk. Ok, I'm done whining. I'll keep working, eating within my calories and upping the calorie burn through exercise.

Well at least I didn't go up. I had my niece stay over last night and she is used to eating super unhealthy. So yesterday and today has been one of those days where we've been eating healthy for her but unhealthy for us. Just relieved that we have been really active. Because 11 year olds. I love her but I will be glad to not be awakened at 6 on my day off by someone staring at me and asking for food.
7/13: 132.2
I walked over 10,000 steps with my niece yesterday doing various chores and running errands. I guess that plus Aqua Zumba and a short walk with the dog balanced out the slight calorie overage. Let's just keep this off for the next 8 days so I can make my goal!!

7/13 181.6--Ate really clean yesterday. Loads of veggies and fruits. I don't expect this to be a typical daily loss.
7/14 181.6--Same as yesterday. That's cool. Still eating mostly foods that are clean.

goal for R10 (to be under 200lbs and never see a 2 in front of my weight again) it was also my R9 goal *sigh*
7/11 - 200.4 heavy cal day (not over calories but on the high side) also some crunches and biking
7/12 - 201.2 lower cals today, lots more exercise, crunches, leg ups, squats. planks, speed walking and biking
7/13 - 201.2 I have burning muscles today from yesterdays exercise. but once the water weight is gone .. she says hopefully!
7/14 - 200.4 water weight going / gone ?? burned 1250 calories today, in a group challenge. 90 mins exercise
7/15 - 200.2 arrrg! .. I'm being teased now .. 0.3lbs to go C'MON!!!!

Round 9 - my round 1 - was just up and down. I'm going to plan for down this round.
7/12 - 197.8. I'd like to see a solid 196 by the end of this round.
7/13 - 196.7 I did not drink as much water as usual yesterday. That may be a factor. However, I have been tracking closely for the last few days and my exercise is consistent. Loving C25K, but I am only in week 2. Lot's of time for that statement to change.
7/14 - 196.7 Same stuff different day
7/15 - 198.0 Stressful day yesterday. We lost water Thursday night and the end result was we had to sink a new pump yesterday. Too much eating of snack type foods. Too much eating in general. I finished C25K Week 2.

I'm jumping in...I've been out of town for 4 weeks. When I did this challenge prior to my vacations, it helped me immensely.

7/12:182-I had salty fish for dinner and have a yucky cold, so I did not exercise yesterday.
7/13: 180 - am feeling better; should be able to exercise today. Glad I am doing this!
7/14: 180 -ugh! I walked my butt off yesterday..will ride my bike today and walk. Had salty dinner again too.
7/15: 178 - scale finally moved after light dinner and plenty of exercise morning and night. Lots of water too.

7/12 - 218.2 lbs. Big drop last round. Should probably assess my intake if this doesn't slow down (although the drop is great...just fast).
7/13 - 217.2 lbs. NSV fit into my old running jacket that I haven't been able to fit in for a long time. It's tight but just 2 months ago I couldn't even zip it up so great moment.
7/15 - 218.4 lbs....Um what? Lovely water weight surprise (I guess). Ate instant potatoes again yesterday and had a root beer float just before bed. So probably the culprit?
7/16 -no scale. At bf and his scale has given me 5 different values ranging over 5 lbs. think it's safe to just skip weigh in today.

7/12: 213 -- under calories, got in a v late workout yesterday.
7/13: 211 -- a few hundred calories over due to last minute work restaurant dinner but quite happy about how I handled myself at the restaurant. Worked out yesterday.
7/14: 211 -- this just might stick. Well under calories and worked out yesterday.
7/15: 212.6 -- under calories and did a nice, relaxing stretching workout yesterday. Spouse's bday party today.

7/12 - 132.8 I am thrilled! I was very conscious about how much I ate more than what I ate while I was away. Walked a heap checking things out. And worked out 3 out of 4 days I was away. I hope this is going to stick! I was in that direction before I went out to Happy Hour on 7/7 and weighed in on 7/8. Keep on keeping on
7/13 - 132.4 definitely moving in the right direction. Now comes a new challenge. I had a minor procedure today and no exercise for 10-14 days. If I can maintain throughout this challenge, I will be quite happy.
7/14 - 132.4 staying steady. No exercise for awhile. Mindful eating. Eating is 75% of the battle (so the research shows). I will keep logging. Happy Friday everyone.
7/15 - 133 I hate not being able to exercise! Maybe another 8 days. Continue to be mindful about eating

7/13: 164.4 - I've been drinking plenty of water and getting a good night's rest.
7/14: 165.0 - was expecting this uptick. Had a slight cosmetic procedure yesterday so I expect I'm a little swollen and no exercise for me until Monday.
7/15: 163.6 - looks like I dropped some water weight. we'll see if it sticks.

7/15 - 165.1 ... So I've badly burned the roof of my mouth with a hot hot cup of tea. It's so bad I can hardly swallow. So I haven't been eating much. But have enjoyed some ice cream!!!

7/12 - 141.0 I think I figured out my yoyo weight by reducing carbs as much as possible. However was up for Round 9 while on vacation and a couple parties. My goal this 10 days is to drop 1 lb and end at 140.8
7/13 - 140.8 I think this is just water loss. For some reason I've had a few nights of night sweats. Not sure what's wrong...maybe my low-carb diet?
7/14 - 139.8 Hoping to stay under 140 by the end of this 10 days.

My goal this round is to focus on exercise. I wasn't as driven the last ten days and I think I can get back on track. Add some strength to my walks and jogs!
7/12 246.0 Did not sleep well today and do not have plans to sleep well tomorrow. Oh no! Also, I cancelled my walk when work ran late. Ugh. Feels like a waste. Gonna get better!
7/13 247.8 Walked 20k steps today! Went exploring the city with a friend! Ate horribly, but had so much fun!
7/14 248.2 So tired from sleeping in 2 hour increments. I hate when that happens. I don't feel rested, but back to work. No workout. Boo!
7/15 247.6 Did 2 miles this morning and Pandora Ch. 14 this afternoon. Forgot to stretch. Oh well.

7/12: 196.2 kinda knew it would go up a little. I ate late and fell asleep within a half hour of my last bite of food. Not my usual practice and not something I want to make a habit. Still happy to be off the 97 lol
7/13: 197.8 dang it dang it dang it. Had a little bbq last night, but didn't eat only a little lol. Add on the fact that my morning routine was messed up and today wasn't great, but I hit up the vegetables hard today and stayed on goal, so hopefully the scale will show it.
7/14: 197.2 that's better. went for a walk and did some zumba, so today was alright.
7/15: 197.0 woot woot! had some bbq today but I got a good walk in and stayed within my calories.

12/07/2107: 166. Hm! 1.4 up since yesterday. Didn't pay attention to my liquid intake, so not to bad.
13/07/2107: 168: Cause and effect! Pig out on homemade curry last night (too much sodium again) and a few unscripted treats. I must learn to stick to my pre-logged menu, and weigh portions. I have 8 days to turn this round. Next few days will be flushing meadows. Lol!
14/07/2107: 167.6: Mostly stuck to my pre-log. Changed a few of my snack items, but stayed in deficit. Exercise calories gave a little wiggle room, but I only ate back a small proportion. Some of the burns seem quite high so I am adjusting them down. Drank extra water to flush out sodium. I had a couple of rest days, but restarting my lower body exercises today. I'm looking for a slow, steady loss for the rest of this round.
15/07/2107: 166: Happy with that. Really focusing on hydration, staying under goal, balancing macros/micros, and consistent exercising.
16/07/2107: 166.8 Oops!!! Kind of a lazy day yesterday, and had wine with dinner.

7/16 - 177.4 - Yay! The scale moved! I was expecting a move but not that much! I went to the gym yesterday morning and ate below my calories. Just keep swimming!
