    Uhm ...
    an apple at breakfast
    blueberries at snacktime
    grape tomatoes at another snacktime
    Eggplant and Zucchini stew with garlic, onions, tomatoes,2 kinds of peppers, and carrots at dinner
    That makes 11 different ones today.

    Lettuce, tomato, squash, green beans, red pepper, broccoli, and pear juice. Love veggies, fruit not so much, so try to drink them when I can.

    Today ... not much. It's a chicken noodle soup day.

    Most days ... there are usually at least 3 different veg in the mixed veg I have for lunch, and at least 3 in the mixed veg I have for dinner. Plus two different pieces of fruit. Plus my cucumber and radishes for an after work snack.

    Swiss chard, tomatoes, and corn at breakfast (I'm counting corn, though it's a grain)

    Chard, summer squash, carrots, and beets at lunch

    Avocado, onions, red and green peppers, summer squash, and tomatoes at dinner, with some garlic and chiles and cilantro for seasoning.

    Whole bag of frozen green beans yesterday (338 grams)

    Not sure if this counts as a veggie since some beans might. I had a whole can of refried beans (411 grams).

    I eat like a brontasaurus:
    Green smoothie: banana, celery, cucumber, tangerine juice
    Second breakfast: apple, blueberry

    Lunch: kale, sweet potato, pumpkin, tomato

    Dinner: lentils, carrot, capsicum, onion, coriander, zucchini

    So that's 4 kinds of fruit and 12 kinds of veg

    Yesterday I had: Breakfast: grapes, carrot; lunch: peach, little gem lettuce; dinner: soup with potato, peas, onion, garlic, chili, celery.
    Today I will eat: Breakfast: grapes, carrot; lunch: peach, broccoli; dinner: wraps with lettuce and onion.

    I count this as 2 fruit and 3 vegetable portions per day - which is my goal.

    Today will be: lunch: blueberries, banana, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, radish, mini bell peppers; dinner: 2 servings frozen mixed veggies (carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, onions, peas, Lima beans, okra & celery)

    Today so far? None.

    Usually maybe 2 or 3. I've been enjoying a curried chicken soup with lots of cauliflower and carrots in it for the past week. Otherwise I snack on seasonal fruit in the evening. Right now it's stuff like cherries, berries, watermelon, pineapple... yum.

    I don't eat a lot of raw veggies but I use them in cooking.
