This is my first round (and first day on MFP!)
Hoping to get down to 188 in this round (and hopefully never over 190 again).

9/10 - 133.8 - 1lb up from when I weighed myself a few days ago. I can't complain as I ate some naughty snacks over the weekend. It could have a been a lot worse. Here's hoping I don't pay the price tomorrow!

9/10 ..............331 pounds. I woke up and after my daily routine I checked my weight. So I m going to weigh myself exactly at the same time everyday.
9/11.......330.9 pounds. I dunno why I didn't lose any yesterday. I was hoping for atleast half the pound.
9/12.......330 pounds. I was hoping to lose more with yoga and diet combination.

9/10 - 141.4 - Yesterday I was 140.4 so I think my weight is going to fluctuate a bit until I'm off the meds and my body is back in balance.

R16 goal: have an average below 61:
9/10 62 - water retention before my period. Ran 6.4 km
9/11 62.1 - hope my period come soon, together with the weight loss!
9/12 61.4 - yes! had my period so my weight did go down, and will go down from here for the next 3 weeks! Also swam for 1hour. 60kg.. here I come!

My second round.
Still about 2.5kg over my maintenance weight, I really let it slip over the last couple of month, so here goes...
I don't usually weigh daily (or weekly even) but for now it helps me keep focus.

9/10: 64.3kg - 0.3kg down from yesterday, so happy with that. Weekends aren't easy though!
9/11: 64.3kg - no change. Reckon getting below the 64 is not going to be easy, but will persist

Back in for another 10 days!A lot of people get upset by apparent weight gain when they have been working their butts off. Body weight fluctuates, both up, and down, from one day to the next depending on so many factors. From my experience:Round 15: (Target: 162) Highest, 163.8; lowest, 161; Mean, 161.8 It's slow, but I am very happy with the downward trend.
- Changes often take several days to show on the scale.
- A drop is often followed by a bounce up before it settles back down. A general downward trend is the aim.
- A high sodium day usually results in water retention, unless you drink extra fluids to flush it out.
If you are making positive lifestyle changes it will lead to increased health and fitness.
Slow and steady leads to sustainable weight loss.
But remember to live a little along the way!SW: 227; Lowest weight 18 Aug 2017: 159.2; Final goal weight: 147Daily Goals: pre-log/follow through; balance macros/micros; hydrate; 15+ strength; 15+ flex; 7,500+ steps; close kitchen at 8pm! Round 16: (Round 9 for me. Female, 5'2" aged 71, weight in lbs)

I'm glad to be a part of this, cos I've been struggling with my health for awhile now. This is it for me, this is the beginning of my weightloss journey.
My ultimate goal weight is 120lbs
My goal weight for this round is 160lbs.

Hi all. This is my first round and I am a little apprehensive as I normally weigh myself on a weekly basis. Have never done daily as was not sure how I would react to the fluctuations on a daily basis. I do realise this could be a positive and keep me on track. I was aiming to join you in round 15 but I chickened out but I am here now due to some encouragement from my MFP buddy (you know who are you - thank you). Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I hope this is helpful to you. It's really been great for me to be accountable every day. It's helped me reduce last night snacking cuz it always effects my weigh in. It is also very helpful to see that we all get stuck on a number ( no change) from time to time. We also all bounce around (up for no reason!). We're in this together for the long haul.

9/12 140.5 -ate healthy and well wishing my day. Had late dinner. Think need to invest in a scale that goes by tenth of points for this challenge.

12/9 - 230 Sabotage comes in all forms - grilled lamb with garlic herb potatoes and mayo. Was it worth it? Flavour - yes. Repercussions - no. Salt may be the effect but complacency is the cause. Note to self - if you want to be under 200 by Christmas this is not the way. Time to do the work.

Mine is the same way. I went up 1.6 lbs and have a big deficit too. I keep telling myself it's due to my water consumption being so small lately and hormones.
I hope you're right and that's my problem too - less water and major stress from the start of school and helping hubby deal with his dad's major health issues - it's been nonstop stress for 2 months!!8 -

I ended last round 0.1 above where I started, having to navigate the first week of school, inservice, Labor Day, and 2 celebrations for mom's birthday. So here is how we are starting:
SW 162
Round 16 goal: anywhere 159.9 or below
9/10 162 - was out to eat yesterday and did in fact go down a few ounces. No official workout yesterday due to getting my FIL checked into a care facility and dealing with all of that. 9/10: 203.00- Oh yay, gained everything i lost last week in about 2 days lol!!This is water weight I'm sure. I had a lot of alcohol the past two days, didnt log, ate out dinner the past two days as well. I tried to keep it healthy but I know it was probably packed with Na+ and sugar. Also didnt drink half my normal amount of water. So heres to recovering from all the damage I did!
9/11- 204.5 same trend as last week! I have all my meals planned out for the week. Looking forward to doing better!
9/12- 205 scale is playing games this am lol. I don't believe it.
