    I confess that I find the notion of having to take anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications to muddle through my day make me a weak person. I don't feel this way about other people taking them and would never advise that they not take them if they find them to be helpful, it just makes me angry that I can't be strong or "normal" enough to manage without them most days. And that was part of the reason I resisted seeking help for so long.
