Me too....its quite easy and I have no guilt about it
I like to think I accept everyone as they are warts and all. Im trying harder to be more accepting.
I disappoint myself when I judge, logically I know nobody is perfect.

I make no apologies in judging....it basically comes down to if a person adds to the quality of my life or takes away from it.....thats it
Ahh I think we are talking different animals lol ..
I agree with that, when it comes to my own life, if they make me happy and add to my life , all good .
I just meant people in general, I don't know their journey or what led them to be where they are. I was judging a young guy begging for money on the street, close to where I was having coffee. First thing I thought was drugs!!0 -

I confess I decided to take my son out to breakfast at Huddle House...and we both ordered large breakfasts...I ate all of mine and some of his hashbrowns. Now I feel guilty because I promised myself I would commit to losing weight. I also had 4 large Lattes at work. Which I didn't add to my calorie counter.
I worked out for 30 min cleaning my house and canceled on my gym date with my friend because I wanted to watch a movie while the kids were at school and the house was quiet. (I took my son to school after breakfast)0 -
