I did my Jumping Jacks and will stay way under calories for day bc I did a lot of working out today. Well when I finish @ 4 I will. Found if I write down everything a head of time I push myself very hard to stick to it!!!!! Very determined!!!!:bigsmile: Already drank all my water too!0

Don't worry. I won't be done until later tonight. I do most of my workouts and intelligent work in the night time hours. I usually can't get the cobwebs out of my brain until atleast noon. Right now it is too hot in my house without an a/c (and it is over 100 outside) so I think it'll be atleast 7pm before anything even starts to happen here.0

Did 30 Day Shred and worked out at the gym with a personal trainer. Umm wow. My arms are jelly lol.0 -
