My mini goal right now is to continue my 1 gallon of water per day..not eating after 7 , and to Love myself no matter what the scale says.... !14
-
End of November means full diet break for four weeks and hitting the hypertrophy train hard until the end of January...as well as hitting around the 160lb or so mark....4
-
I need a new mini goal to help motivate me. I'm at about 127 now and would like to get below 125 by the end of September. I'd like to also go at least 4 days without eating out too5
-
I have so many mini goals going on right now! The most recent one is to lose another couple pounds for my friends wedding. But by Christmas I'm hopping to get to 140 if I can5

2 years ago, I bought a FitBit to start losing weight.... after which I gained almost 40 pounds.
Sept 11, 2015 I logged in at 229.5.
I hit 230.8 today.
My goal is to hit 229.5 by Sept 11, 2017, and "erase" the last two years.
same here! I bought a fancy wi-fi bluetooth scale about 2 years ago and went from 255 to 244 in about a month, then stopped weighing myself and ballooned to 275.
244 is the lowest weight I ever recorded on that scale, and saved to MFP. I was 246.1 this morning, and I'm just dying to get below that 244. That'll be a good day.9 -
My mini goals are...
1.) To do an unassisted pull-up
2.) Run a mile in 9 minutes or less (currently at 13.5 minutes)
3.) Climb an indoor rock wall and actually make it to the top.9 -
I added a second event onto my October run goals. A mud run this time. I'll be fulfilling a childhood dream going through with this (I was a big fan of the old Nickelodeon game shows; always thought running one of their setups would be fun beyond belief), scaled up to my adult size and my new adult skill level.6

mini goal 1: below 189.6 (gets me out of obese bmi)
mini goal 2: get there faster than my husband gets to 2006 -

I've looked amazing ever since I started taking working out seriously, and I want to keep up that momentum.6

My slacks won't be so tight if I lose 10 lbs. l'll be more comfortable at work11

-To finish the first month of Stronglifts 5x5. Today is workout 6. Half way there. ALMOST dont feel ridiculous in the squat rack now. Lol.
- to get into the 170's. Haven't seen them in about 4 years. 8 lbs to go!
- hitting 20 inches lost. I'm down 17.5 right now I think
- hitting the healthy range on BMI (finally just "overweight" instead of "obese". Never thought I would be happy to be labelled overweight. )9 -
Finally got four sets of 25 sit ups a day into two 50's.
Now to add another 50, and then another....8 -
I've only 1lb to go until I'm the same weight as my DP(3.5yrs ago) That will make me 1 stone 8lbs down.(Currently 8 weeks in) Still a long way to go but I'm happy to almost be at my first big little target!4
-
The ability to say, '3 stone' in response to 'how much have you lost?'
I have progressed from saying 2 and a half stone, to nearly 3 stone - am 2lbs off!!
achievement unlocked!
I can now say I have lost 3 stone!! (in 8 months - feels slow when I look back like that - but then I remember how easy it has been!!)
woohoo!!!

@jelleigh My first goal is in the 170s as well. I have been looking at Stronglifts 5x5 for a while, still a little to scared to try it, though I am thinking of starting a 30 day beginners squat challenge. For some reason, this seems like a step on the path to heavy lifting because I watch some of the videos and I don't think I've ever done a squat that breaks parallel. I'm currently using weight machines and 10lb free weights 2-3 times a week. Very impressed by your starting the program!3 -
Finishing C25K with my son and running our first race together.9

Seriously? A health care worker actually said that to a patient? Unbelievable!!!
Good for you for your reaction!11 -
Doing the swim leg of the half Ironman this weekend. My trainer is going to run and another one of his clients is doing the bike leg. I can't wait for my girls to see why Mommy has been away several nights a week! The 2 year old is running her second 1K next month while my husband, sister-in-law and I walk the 5K and my mini goal there is to significantly decrease my time from last year's results (where I was dead last).11

I want to reach my goal which is a 45 lb loss by my birthday next August. I also want to be down significant for an event that I'm an Ambassador for at the end of Feb 2018 .5
