    I want to lose at least 10 pounds by November 10th. It's my husband and mines 10 year wedding anniversary. Also my birthday is November 14th. I just started back today after not caring the past several months. I'm a long way from my goal but I feel like this should be the first milestone since starting back.

    I want to get to at least 20 pounds down by the 90-day mark. I'm currently 16-something pounds down at the 70-day point, but my weight-loss is slowing.

    I really want to lose 10 lbs in October! But right now just trying to get under 215. 1.2 lbs away!

    Lose 8-10 lbs in October. Begin core functional training. Get into a size 10 pants.

    Working on a 30 day Intermittent Fasting challenge, so sticking to it every day for 30 days is my mini-goal.
