I make all my meals and snacks on Sundays so I'm all prepared for the week. I make 6 of each of these to allow myself a cheat meal on Sundays (although I usually stay in a deficit). It makes things so easy and quick!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, broccoli, ranch dressing, hard boiled eggs. I add a spoonful of Nutella to my oatmeal and only eat the egg whites
Lunch: Roasted butternut squash with sage, bacon collard greens, chicken and beans in rosemary cream sauce. This is my favorite meal!
Dinner: Tarragon Swai (the fish changes based on what is on sale) and bacon Kale. I add half a diced avocado to this.
Snacks: Yogurt with a little honey and some type of fruit. This week is apples! I like roasting them with a little nutmeg and cinnamon, but I make those fresh when I have time.

Everything changes based on what's in season or what's on sale, but I generally keep to the same formula.

What a waste of nature's perfection.

Haha. Not a waste! I wouldn't do that! I have 2 egg yolks and two dogs. They get a breakfast treat!

Also made these low carb, low calorie waffles because I just got a waffle maker :) Without the toppings you are looking at around 100cal of delish :)

100 cal for that whole waffle?!?!?! How did you manage to do that?! Recipe please :)

Yes, I would love the recipe for the waffles also!

Spicy Turkey and potato hashbrowns (I don't know what else to call it). Topped with 2 runny poached eggs. Spinach, rocket and cucumber salad with pomegranate molasses.

It came to 500 calories, but I am so stuffed. It was a HUGE portion.

After getting the yummy PBJ croissant, I had to go back for the pumpkin pie one. Roasted pine nut lemon custard tart and roasted chestnut mascarpone gelato. Pumpkin loaf, walnut whip cake and pumpkin whoopie pie. Black sesame hot cocoa.

    Oooo I love food porn!
My girlfriend and I went to dinner at Sardelli's in Hartford CT before seeing Roger Waters Pink Floyd. We shared an amazing Garlic bread that we were pleasantly surprised to find stuffed with cheese. Glazed salmon on top of baked garlic spaghetti squash for her, and grilled chicken and mushrooms in a mushroom wine sauce tossed with spaghetti for me. Yummy
The best part of this meal though... handing the leftovers to a young man asking for change so he could eat. Sharing this deliciousness with someone in need, made it even more delicious!!
