Rest is very important when sick since it lets you get better right away. Actually even eating is good for you (like someone said chicken soup is the best). Your attitude during this keeps me motivated so hope to hear your healthy soon.

Oh wow! That's amazing! Really glad you are taking your measurements because as you can see, the scale is only ONE tool to use to measure your health and progress. Great job!

Jumping in late to say "Good for you!" Keep on going no matter what. You're already seeing progress and that's important.

Fantastic start! The average penis size is just under 6inches so the majority of men would agree it's a massive amount to lose haha

Just woke the baby belly laughing at this

Of course, my dad was an orthopedic surgeon for 35 years and I used to watch him put plastic bowls in the oven (on 500) to heat things up.

I wonder if I should show this to my sister so she doesn't feel bad for covering a lasagna with plastic wrap and putting it in the oven.

Still hoping I won't have to take a $1k trip to Newfoundland to collect my $60 in April.

You should go anyway! Beautiful country in the spring, what’s not to love? It could be a celebration instead of a collection!

The plastic wrap pervents it from drying out but she should be putting some thing over the plastic wrap like tin wrap.
