I'm a bit late, but this sounds fun My goal is 40 hours
This is what I have so far:
2/10 - 30 min biking, 55 min box training, 2 h volleyball training
3/10 - 30 min biking, 55 Step class, 30 min walking
4/10 - 30 min biking, 30 min walking, 2 h volleyball training
5/10 - 30 min biking, 15 min elliptical, 55 step class
6/10 - 30 min biking
7/10 - 30 min biking, 60 min volleyball
8/10 - 55 min yoga
Total for October - around 13 hours
9/10 - 30 min biking, 55 min box training, 2 h volleyball
Total: 16 h 25 min
10/10 - 30 min biking, 20 min elliptical, 55 Step class, 45 min strength training (forgot to include it for last week )
Total: 18 h 55 min + 2 h 25 min (strength training from last week) = 21 h 20 min
11/10 - 30 min biking, 2 h volleyball
12/10 - 30 min biking, 55 min Step class, 20 min elliptical, 45 min strength training
13/10 - 30 min biking
