    After a weird second week and a slow start to week 3, I was able to take advantage of the great and unseasonably warm/sunny weather to get some nice walks in - I reached my goal for the month!

    Sun 1st - Tue 24th: 18h 13m (Heavy bag, Weights, Bodyweight, Elliptical, Walking, Yoga)

    Had a really bad month and am going to get nowhere near my goal of 37 hours. I'll at least try to get the to the 24! November WILL be better! :blush:
