    Oatmeal. I change it up all the time. Sometimes raisins, nuts, and molasses. Sometimes fruit like peaches, blueberries, strawberries and almond milk. Oatmeal is amazing. You can have it every day in a different way.

    On the weekends I often make pancakes or popovers.

    Usually I'll have 2 egg whites, 1/3 cup of plain oatmeal w/ a tsp of cinnamon, and a chopped up Granny Smith apple mixed with 2/3 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I like to add in a tsp of cinnamon into the yogurt as well for more flavor).

    2 scrambled eggs. About few days a week my wife makes some hot Milo to go with it (Filipino brand hot chocolate).
