08/11 - 195.8 - nursing sore muscles today - which could be the reason for my raise in weight this morning, hopefully it will drop off again this round! went to bed early tonight (about 8pm ) my pain meds for my back are making me sleepy so I decided to just sleep instead of fighting it .. due to that ---cals in - 1128 & exercise was - 39 mins of strength and 6 mins stretches.
09/11 - 194.8 - yay! Happy I seem to be settling around these lower numbers (beats the 197 I was stuck at for 5 rounds)cals in 1651 Exercise 10 min strength 10 min flex, 50 min walk, 70 min various cardio.

Here we go again!!! Back in for round 22 (my round 20). I'm proof that this works...trust the process and the weight will come off. It's not all down...lots of ups along the way. This daily check in group has been a huge part of keeping me going. Many thanks to all of you who have been around for the long haul and welcome to the newbies in round 22, you're going to love it here!!

GW - 145 - hit this target a couple of rounds ago...now checking in daily as I figure out how to maintain this for the long term
There was an update on my Garmin app last week that has a rolling 7 day average on the home screen. I think that if I keep an eye on this to make sure the number stays in the 145 range I'll be golden!!

11/9: - 144.6 - had a great run yesterday and ate well (probably a bit under maintenance). Looks like we're getting snow tonight so that may have been my last trail run for a while, not sure I'll brave the bluffs in the snow. So I'll be heading to the basement for my workouts in the mean time...elliptical and kettlebells...
11/10: - 144.2 - Lots of steps in the showroom yesterday and a bit of a calorie deficit to give me a buffer for the weekend meals and cocktails. There are 3" of snow on the ground and it's -25C with the wind chill this morning so I put on my workout gear instead of my running gear when I got up this morning. The dog is going to be very disappointed...

oo you have just reminded me ... I took my wedding and engagement ring off a long time ago I've lost almost 20lbs since then .. soooooo -- I've searched them out and tried them on .. engagement ring (which fitted is spinning in cricles and the wedding ring still won't go on (the wedding ring was re sized at some point when I lost my weight last time) ... so back in the box they go for another 20lbs when the wedding ring will fit and I can think about getting the engagement ring resized.

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years. It's been verrry slow the last couple months plus I ended round 21 higher than I started. Need new incentive.

11/9141.4 No sleep = no exercise yesterday. Today dance plus a senior yoga class. Come on!
11/10 141.8 Dance class and senior yoga yesterday. Feelin' good despite the weight gain from cherry pie someone gave me. Loved every bite, no regrets. today, pool class. I realized I've doing doing this bouncing around this weight ever since my youngest son moved back in with his little boy. I'm spending more time preparing food for them and not enough doing it for me. Need to focus more on my menu as well as theirs.

What are ring guards?
You can buy a ring to wear on the outside of your finger that is smaller than the inside ring. This can have an appearance that enhances the look of the original ring and help keep it from slipping off your finger.
But I think that the conversation is about adding to the original ring something to effectively make it smaller

11/09 - 188.5 I love this number but it belongs at the end of round 21. Where were you yesterday? And this is why I posted the chart of daily weighing. It's up, down up, down, but the overall trend is what's important.
11/10 - 188.3 Super! Two days down in a row. Had sushi yesterday, but there was no rice. The wrap was cucumber. That was different. And delicious.

My goodness, the time slipped up on me! I didn't realize that it was the start of round 22 already! Anyway, I ended this round lighter than I started. So without farther ado, it's on to the next goal! I've got plenty more weight I need to discard! To say I lost it indicates it was a mistake, but when I say I discarded it, everyone knows I did it on purpose!
11/10: 213.5
Got on up this morning and went to exercise. Changing up my routine to include the elliptical. I want to start weight training, but I think that will me one of my targets for the New Year! If I can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas and still come out no more than 205 lbs., I will consider it a super victory! That's my plan anyway! Got to increase the exercise; that's for sure!

11/10 - 151.6 this isn’t really reflective of a true loss due to timing of weigh ins. I joined the challenge last night but prefer to weigh in the mornings and I didn’t note my morning weight down yesterday.

Joining again for another round! I’ve fallen off the wagon and I’m hoping this challenge will help me saddle up and stay on track. Went on vacation last week and gained 3lbs, not bad but hoping to get back to 187 by the end of this challenge!

Girl, get you a seat belt, and enjoy the ride! Yes, there will be bumps (vacations), and pot holds (holidays), but we got our seat belts fastened, and we won't stop until we reach our destination (weight goal)! Giddy up!!

I've decided that I am going to eat at maintenance for 2/7 days a week, which is why I am going to start using my average weight. I want to offset hormonal changes that occur when losing weight for extended periods of time that can make it harder to lose and maintain weight and I'm hoping to alleviate potential emotional stress of constantly being in a deficit. After two rounds of eating at maintenance for 2/7 days not only is my weight lower over the last two rounds, but it's been easier to eat at a deficit on the other days.
