    Started slowly yesterday, but made up for it today with a Paddle and major garden work today - 4+ garbage bags of yard waste in just over three hours. Completely exhausted and have an active day planned for tomorrow.

    Personal Goal: 24 hours (1440 minutes)

    1 Dec: Walking (10 min) = 10 minutes
    2 Dec: SUP - casual (80 min); Loading/Unloading SUP (30 min); Gardening/Weeding/Pruning (180 min) = 290 minutes


    Total: 300 minutes out of 1440 minutes (5:00 / 24 hours)
    Left to Goal: 1140 minutes

    So yesterday 1 hour and 25 on the bike and 30 minute weights

    Today I did the bike for 2 hours and 40 minutes.

    Total for the month 4 hours 35 minutes.

    So today was big...but last night I spun for 22 before bed

    Then I rode 90 miles in 4 hours and 39 minutes. Will do another 20 minute spin before bed.

    So 9 hours and 54 minutes this month so far

    I'm in! Base goal of 24 hours, because I only barely made it in November, stretch goal of 27, to beat my November total of 26.4 hours.

    December 1: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes walking outside
    December 2: 15 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes BodyPump
    December 3: 35 minutes walking outside, 35 minutes elliptical

    I am in. I failed last month due to changing meds that made me super sick for 3 weeks. I now have adjusted to it and am in for another 24 hour month.

    Dec 1: 2 hours hiking with kids
    Dec 2: 40 minute walk outside 2.5 miles
    Dec 4: 5 minute treadmill, 15 minute Elliptical (2 miles) 20 minute Bike (5 miles) - for a total of 40 minutes

    Total 3 hours 20 minutes

    So 9:54 after yesterday...actually did 24 last night so 9:58 (when your goal is 65 everything counts).

    Did an hour and two tonight easy spinning.

    So 11 hours of cycling so far....which is 6000 extra calories burned so far.
