    I'll give this a try since I am trying to start exercising again. Haven't done planks before but my goal is 60 minutes and see how it goes.

    How do you log your planking in the diary? I don't care about the few calories I may have burned but would like to log it for accountability. Thanks.

    I want some insight on this too! Any ideas anyone?

    I have been trying to figure out how I could make a Garmin Connect goal out of it ... maybe I will just time planks on my watch but the little rest intervals I take make that challenging (as in, my chances of stopping and starting my watch on the minute every time are pretty low)

    My goal is that 15 minute advanced plank workout. I've mastered the Bowflex 3 min easily and have done up to 5 minutes. But that looks nasty....in a good way.

    I need to strengthen my core, thus I need planks in my life. Challenge accepted. Goal: I will do 60 minutes or more of planks in January. 1/60 done.
