I'll give this a try since I am trying to start exercising again. Haven't done planks before but my goal is 60 minutes and see how it goes.1

I did 28 minutes of planks in the last 5 days to finish up last month's challenge. Taking a couple of rest days but I will be back soon!
In other news, though my weight has bounced around the past week, my stomach seems tighter after all those Dec planks! I wonder, I do ... Gonna keep on with this! Happy new year all.5 -

I want some insight on this too! Any ideas anyone?
I have been trying to figure out how I could make a Garmin Connect goal out of it ... maybe I will just time planks on my watch but the little rest intervals I take make that challenging (as in, my chances of stopping and starting my watch on the minute every time are pretty low)

My goal is that 15 minute advanced plank workout. I've mastered the Bowflex 3 min easily and have done up to 5 minutes. But that looks nasty....in a good way.2
