    I just wanted to add this for the people who have a hard time getting their water in. I have no problem with this at all and this is the secret...I drink all my water from a sports bottle. You know the kind the you squeeze and it sends a jet of water into you? My sports bottle holds24 oz. of water and somehow when you squeeze that water into you, it forces it into you fast you don't realize just how much your drinking. So if anyone was having trouble with that...try it. It helps,I even have my son do it because he drinks next to nothing and gets dehydrated a lot! Now if anyone had the secret to not craving sweets....I could use that!

    SOOO ladies, I did not do much today..it was another crazy day for me and I am really really exhausted....FOR SURE! SO, there wasnt much of anything going on here, HAHA! I just slept in and then took a nap later on this afternoon...so yeah, it was kinda a lazy day, but still good I think cause I still met all my goals! :bigsmile: Alrighty....keep up the great work everyone, and have an AWESOME rest day tomorrow! We are gonna kick some more butt on Monday! :smile:
