    Glad you've joined us... If you look at a lot of our numbers we shift up and down all the time. For me a Cheeseburger would have extra sodium and I would retain water up'ing my weight. Stress would add to mine as well. So many variables. If I seem to be staying on one number over a long time I look at changing things up.
    Again glad you're here and just keep trying and moving forward.

    Goal Weight: 115 lbs - Met

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately.

    Goal This Round: Maintain 115 lbs Average

    1/8 • 114 • Played 2 sets of tennis. 1400 cal. 3 servings of alcohol.
    1/9 • 113 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1300 cal
    1/10 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1300 cal

    1/8 175 I know I can maintain, but I’m not at my goal. :D haha
    1/9 :) didnt weigh but feel good with NSV and exercise.

    Back again after taking a few rounds off!
    Starting weight 26 June 17- 87.6kg
    Lowest weight 17 Dec 17- 75.3kg
    Current weight 8 Jan 18- 77.7kg

    Goal for round 28- 75kg

    Following 5:2 intermittent fasting

    Day/Weight/Comment
    1/8- 77.7kg
    1/9- 75.5kg- had a fasting day yesterday so I didn’t really lose 2.2kg overnight. Expect a bounce tomorrow.
    1/10- 74.9- went out for breakfast and lunch yesterday and spent all evening with my girlfriends drinking wine instead of dinner so this is a huge shock. There is definitely a bounce coming.
    1/11- 76.7kg - there it is! I believe this is where I’m really at. Fasting today so hopefully will see a nice drop tomorrow.
