1/2 = Rest--injured ribs

1/5 =rest...ribs still sore

1/7 =5min= 26 done...would be doing more but my ribs are still sore
1/8 =5-31 done
1/9 =ribs too sore...had to have a rest day
1/10 =5 min-36...ribs still sore but was careful

Lost 1 inch off the gut in 2 weeks!! Anyone have an experience like that? It's got to be the planks or the Dry January...or a combo of the two.1 -
