    1/2 = Rest--injured ribs
    1/3 =5 min
    1/4 =5 min
    1/5 =rest...ribs still sore
    1/6 =6 min=21done
    1/7 =5min= 26 done...would be doing more but my ribs are still sore
    1/8 =5-31 done
    1/9 =ribs too sore...had to have a rest day
    1/10 =5 min-36...ribs still sore but was careful
    1/11 =4-40 done
    1/12 =5
    1/13 =7
    1/14 =5-57 done ribs are getting better
    1/15 =REST
    1/16 =REST
    1/17 =6
    1/18 =5
    1/19 =6-74 done...ribs so much better-46 to go- it will be a challenge to do...it would have been easier if my ribs weren't cracked... :) Next month will be better. I am getting much stronger in my core though.

    1/5 =rest...ribs still sore
    1/6 =6 min=21done
