    01/23/288.8 Disheartening, but this is the first day of my Week 2, so I guess to be expected.
    01/24 Travel day, no access to scale. I am adhering to my meal plan for the duration of the trip. Also having issues that are TMI, but a normal part of dieting so I feel bloated.
    01/25 No access to scale. I will have access tomorrow.

    @UTMom81 I have always loved Science except for Chemistry. Too much Math for my taste. Lol I love the fact that you're still teaching. Even us teachers can still learn and benefit from others. I am an RtI instructor, and I absolutely love it. I am going back to school in March to get my Masters in Education in Learning and Technology.

    I’m in. Goal is to lose 3 pounds. I have been slacking off for months now and not making any real progress. I gained about 10 pounds since the summertime. I need to work hard and get back to where I was over the summer because I think that’s where I want to maintain. Just wanted to vent/share.

    01/22 139.2 ate something I’m allergic to, so puffed up a bit. On a good note, averaged over 12k steps daily last week and started running again.
    01/23 138.8 just hit 10k steps as I got into bed last night. No work today- time to go running!
    01/24 138.6 got in a run and yoga yesterday, dancing tonight
    01/25 138.8 yesterday ate double my calorie goal and lots of salty food. Getting some dental work today and probably won’t be eating much, so it will all even out.
