@165 and just before my surgery to reattach my biceps tendon:

    Bench 285
    Squat 365
    DL 455

Off for 3 months and after 8 weeks lifting again

    Bench 245x3
    Squat 335x3
    DL 405x3

    Damn injuries.

    Squat: 200 lbs
    Deadlift: 230 lbs
    Bench: 128 lbs

    Snatch: 88 lbs
Clean and split jerk: 115 lbs

Your numbers are just above mine!

Yay! We could do a partner's together <3

    That would be awesome!

I love partner's workouts. Specially if I can do them with someone who's similar in strength level as I am :D

We do them every Saturday at my box and we have 2-3 in house competitions for partners every year. Actually thinking about doing a big one soon but I'd need a partner since mine decided to go abroad to study, care to fly up to Iceland? ;)

    Um...yes please!

I have a feeling with that name you would fit right in. ;)

Wow we have some really strong women here! :)

My dad's name is David and I'm very inspired by the Icelandic Crossfit women, @crossfit_dottir included!

Ahh, that explains it! Yes, the Icelandic women seem to be the dominant competitors every time I look at it.

Congrats! Great lifting especially with an injured heel. Good luck in your next meet.

My best meet was a 600 lb squat, 320 bench and 620 deadlift. I could never hit my best bench on the same day I hit my best squats or deadlifts. I did bench 352 twice in competition.

I see many people telling their BW. But what is more important it is your height because taller you are more time under tension your muscles will be to perform each reps.
    6’3”
    BW 225lb

    Squat - 484lb
    Deadlift - 484lb
    Bench - 396lb

    Dead Sumo - 345lbs

    I’m holding at 196lbs at 5’8 and I am 46yrs old.

My bench rack height in my last meet was higher than squat rack height for half the other lifters.

There was one spotter that probably should of switched out for anotger for one of my squats. The bar was literally 6" over his head from the start.

Football coach put 500lbs on the bar to see if he could squat it. They say he did but I doubt he made depth.
We've had him in the gym with us since he was 10. Should break state record next month, we hope. He has learned so much about nutrition the past 2 years.r1989hi2nh42.jpg

I’m not overly strong because I train for hypertrophy not strength.

    Anyhow my lifts are:

    Squat - 350 lbs / 160 kg
    Bench - 325 lbs / 150 kg
    Deadlift - 495 lbs / 225 kg

    I weight 190 lbs at 5’8”

Wow... Lots of folks here in my general age group and stronger than me by a big margin. I'm trying desperately to get to a thousand pound "big three" total by my 52nd birthday. So far I am at
    275 bench
    340 squat
    365 dead
= 960 total... I need to find another 40 pounds by mid May... Squat probably has the most room for improvement I think but I doubt I can add the whole 40 pounds there...

Oh... 5'11" 180 pounds (and simple math should tell you I'm 51)

    More update again lol

    59 YO
    Squat - 248 lbs.
    Bench - 115 lbs.
    DL - 308.6 lbs.

At my meet 3 weeks ago, my 3rd deadlift moved like an opener. I really should have gone at least 314-320 lbs.

Currently prepping for Regionals in August and hope to get at least 260 lb. squat/121 lb bench/325-330 lb deadlift for at least a 700 lb. total

    Typically I'm a pretty lean 250.
