I've currently met my daily protein minimum and have a ways to go on my fat minimum...so right now, the donut IS the healthy choice! (FYI-My fat number is set to the recommended MINIMUM)
Although since I'm also under on fiber, I'm thinking bowl of butter-flavoured-oil-drenched popcorn.8 -

I love mayo - for all you mayo lovers I got one for you...
Giardiniera (relish style, pick your heat level), mix into mayo (I use light) : 50/50 or whatever ration you prefer. Have it with some nice crusty bread, crisp iceburg lettuce, and a really ripe beautiful tomato. Great on Italian beefs, chicken sandwiches/pitas, etc

I don't think I could drink a tumbler of ANYTHING alcoholic (unless we include mixed drinks involving fruit juice or something; I MIGHT be able to manage a tequila sunrise). Sadly, I don't eat fish either. I guess neither option's going to work for me. Bring on the Nestle salted caramel frozen Greek yogurt sandwiches!

if its part of a none keto diet limit it but YEP on Keto actually beneficial
So wait, the cheese on the burger is fine, the bacon is fine, you can make a burger with lean meat (although I still don't understand why bacon is fine, 85% lean beef is bad) -- so the only problem with a burger is the bun?
So the argument is that if you eat any bread you are unhealthy?

You can - I say I prefer lean - actually bacon is quite healthy - you have to bit the bullet on the fat -but in Keto you burn that quickly
