I don't have a 25M pool at home, and it's -15C outside so I'm thinking a park swim may not be the best idea either.
Oh, and there is a reason that was the only part of your post I responded to.
Work out at home while watching copious amounts of free videos through the internet.
So, ignore the fact that I want to swim a couple times a week? Now sure how free videos helps that.
You have a valid reason for paying your membership. However, i see a lot of people who literally just go in every day to use a treadmill when you can just go for a walk, hike or run (especially when i live in California).
Maybe they have allergies. Maybe they have small children in the daycare. Maybe....whatever.
They're doing something healthy. Why would you care how they do that?
That’s my point! There’s a reason why people buy cellreset as well!
Nope.
There are legit reasons to use a gym. The gym is not lying about itself and ripping you off for no benefit.9 -

Yep. Huge difference between a gym membership and some rip-off woo!5 -

I eat large portions of food twice a day, drink lots of water and coffee and diet soda and iced tea, and work out.
I've somehow managed to lose 72 pounds and greatly improve my health without needing some bogus woo "cell reset" diet which goes completely against all concepts of basic physiology. There's absolutely nothing about it that makes sense on any level, it's 100% snake oil built upon lies that Dr. Oz himself would be proud of.8 -
Holly *kitten* I’ll repeat myself once again... no one is here trying to sell this diet to you guys or saying hey it’s great for you so you should do it! She asked if anyone tried it, I answered I did. You people just thrive on drama online.
What ever works for you, keep doing it. No one here is trying to prove you wrong.
Some people will take great and very risky lengths to lose lbs in a short period of time like drinking cayenne pepper and lemon juice without eating anything for several days or pills that are horrible for you but make you shed some lbs or throw up after meals and many other stuff that people do behind closed doors. Atleast I’m saying that hey you will lose 20 lbs on this and you won’t cause any harm to your body becuase you are eating enough and you are eating healthy vegetables and meats just like you can do it yourself without purchasing this diet. Do I recommend it? Apsolutely not becuase it is way overpriced.8 -

I'm not sure that anyone here is actually addressing the OP anymore given she posted 2 years ago.7 -

That has nothing to do with resetting your cells or the "cell reset" diet. You can eat lower sugar and/or lower carbohydrate for free.5 -

Oh really? I had absolutely no idea! Thank you so much! Now I can go tell the world!
Didn’t I just say that in my previous post that you can eat like that without purchasing the diet?7 -

Yes, which is why your defense of the diet (which is now stretching into multiple days) makes no sense. Why pay them for something you can do for free?4 -

How am I defending it when I said multiple times don’t buy it?4 -

You keep insisting it's a good and healthy plan and you have defended the deceptive name (it doesn't reset your cells).
But if we're in agreement that it shouldn't be purchased, then that's great. That's the main point, that nobody should be paying for that crap.6 -
First time I'm hearing of this diet.0

I completely agree, and it's not even a good and healthy plan. Even people who eat predominantly meat and vegetables (keto) know better not to eat low sodium on this diet.2 -

If anyone wants to dig deeper into it, then email the cellreset and ask. A lot of people try extreme diets to lose weight. This one doesn't ask you to do something totally crazy or starve yourself.
During white week you don't eat vegetables or yogurt. You only eat two eggs for breakfast and then small portions of meat or seafood.
You're right about "white week," I misread the website. Avoiding all food but eggs, chicken, tofu, turkey, and fish for a week does seem "totally crazy" to me and it doesn't seem like it would come close to providing the calories one needs to feel their best.
I think when people ask others to do something extreme (and pay for the opportunity!), there should be a legitimate justification for it. So far, you've been unable to provide any justification other than "why not?" or "other diets are worse."
Eating nothing but tofu for a week for a vegan sounds totally crazy to you? That's why you got all that nasty stuff in your colon!2 -
valentynazharska wrote: »Nowhere does it state that it actually resets cells. Read the overview of the program, its just a name they probably came up with to catch peoples attention.
I'm gonna make "The Cancer Cure diet" and the "Look like Brad Pitt" diet. As long as I don't explicitly say in the overview that it actually does the thing I already said in the name of it, I didn't technically said it?8 -

I can't even imagine trying to adhere to this plan as a vegan. It's basically tea and tofu for a week. I'd last . . . probably a day and a half.0
