Just started on the keto diet again, and using MFP to track my macros. Been on MFP for a while now though but decided to do my best to be more consistent with it.4

Hi All, I'm in my Mid-40s and started Keto this week. Like drmarctagon, I'm using MFP to track my macros. I'm currently dealing with an achilles injury so trying to do yoga for activity. I'm feeling good on Keto and hoping it helps with weight loss. Best wishes to all on your MFP journeys!1

Hi, new here. I will be 38 in a few days. I've lost 70lbs in the last 8 months. I need to loose about 40 more but I really seem to be stuck. So hoping this app will help show me where I am getting off track. And this community for support and motivation!! We are from upstate NY. I am a Disney Junkie. Hi there! I am not the best friend for diet and exercise motivation. I often give in to my cravings for chocolate, pizza, Russians, cookies, cakes, etc. Plus I have to sometimes drag myself out to exercise. But I am fun and weird7
