Mediterranean grilled Salmon Salad...
What I typically order at a restaurant!

A snack I had today. Glad that my mfp buddies told me about putting PB2 into plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Added a tbsp of chocolate chips. Tasty and full of protein.
I've heard people talk about that as a nice protein snack but haven't tried it yet, it looks delicious, I'm going to try it this week now!
This is the latest meal prep, lunches for the week (for two).
Teriyaki stir-fry (chicken for DW and tempeh for me) with cauliflower "fried rice" for 1/2 the days and Baked falafel with hummus, pita bread, and tomato/cucumber salad for the other 1/2.3 -

I eat this almost every morning for breakfast: two eggs scrambled with Muenster cheese and Rotel fire roasted tomatoes with chilis and a side of spinach; plain instant Cream of Wheat topped with Truvia nectar and a Honeycrisp apple cooked with cinnamon until soft. Sometimes I add raisins, sometimes not.
About 500-600 calories.
Lunch:
4 ounces/112 grams of seasoned ground turkey
122 grams of pink beans
255 grams of cauliflower (I used the frozen steam in bag kind)
47 grams of Fage 0% yogurt
14 grams of shredded cheese
108 grams of salsa
24 grams of taco sauce
30 grams of jalapenos
7 grams tortilla strips
About 500 calories.

Excellent macaron flavours: almond cookie butter, London Fog, bday cake, Nanaimo bar, Bailey's milk chocolate and matcha.

Been traveling for several weeks, eating restaurant food. Glad to be home and transitioning back to home cooking. Even trying to make good choices, it's still not the same (too much salt, too much filler, too much fat/oil, too much of too much ...).
Last night: simple baked chicken with roasted root veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions) and side tom/cuke salad. Tonight: another simple baked chicken (different flavorings) with asparagus patties (new recipe, see foodwishes.com).
