    I also rode my bike 2 miles for my 12 mile challenge. So I'm up to 6/12 miles!

    other form of workout....no :( between school & work, I was away from the house from 7:30 am to 9 pm

    I am off tomorrow so I will makeup the cardio from today & my extra miles toward the 100
